Made with Hickory smoked Kosher Salt, Brown Sugar, Black pepper, Smoked Hungarian Paprika, Turbinado Raw Cane sugar, homemade award winning chili powder, garlic, onion, celery seeds and cayenne. It is the perfect blend of smokey, sweet and heat. I leave the sugars and pepper as coarse grains to give a killer bark and texture to your meat.
